RAMEN NOODLE EGG FOO YUNG INGREDIENTSNutrition

  • 1(3 ounce) package ramen noodles (I think chicken is the best but I like oriental flavored, occasionally)
  • 3tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2large eggs
  • 2green onions, finely chopped
  • 12teaspoon sesame oil
  • 12teaspoon soy sauce
  • 12teaspoon baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions for 3 minutes blah blah and drain well in a colander.
  2. If you don’t know how to cook ramen noodles you are too stupid to cook. Call Dominos and have them deliver you a pizza.
  3. Whisk eggs, onions, the seasoning packet, sesame oil, soy sauce, and baking powder with a fork in a small bowl and toss in the cooked ramen noodles.
  4. Heat butter on med high heat in an 8 inch nonstick skillet.
  5. Throw the ramen noodle/egg mixture in the skillet and cook it. I reiterate if you don’t know to to cook ramen noodles call Dominos because you are obviously, stupid. :(.
  6. Flip the patty over and cook the other side until the egg is set, about two more minutes.
  7. Flip over again and cook about 1 minute more.
  8. Serve with soy sauce if you wish or an egg foo yung sauce.
